Welcome to Resilience

Resilience is the positive capacity to cope with and recover from stress. This applies to people, animals, and systems and it includes the ability to come back to homeostasis after a disruption. At a minimum resiliency includes emotional resiliency, physical resiliency, spiritual resiliency, stress resiliency, and ecosystem resiliency. It invites the ability to restore, to spring back, and to rejuvenate. I have a Master’s degree in Nursing and am a Certified Quantum Biofeedback Practitioner.  In both capacities I am intent on enhancing resiliency in myself, others, animals, and the planet.
